Breck's Thoughts: Thank You.

This post is simply to say thank you.  We have received so many sweet emails, text messages, phone calls and facebook messages to say people are thinking of and praying for us.

This is such a vulnerable time for us - to experience the disappointment of not being able to hold and love on our newborn - in addition to experiencing the fear and anxiety of having a child with a relatively unknown prognosis of health.

I think two observations we'd like to share about our situation is 1.) how much "we're praying for you" and "we love you" really means to us as we are longing for God's healing hand and 2.) how vulnerable we feel now that we have such a sick child.

We have had to rely on complete strangers, family and friends to provide us our basic needs - from a room to sleep in, food to eat, a babysitter to help us with an energetic 2 year old, an encouraging word.

So, thanks for the sweet words and love you have been sending.  It really does matter to us and we cannot tell you how much we appreciate it.

Thank you for being the hands and feet of God to us during this time.
