The Pumpkin Patch

Yesterday, we went on our Annual Family Day at a Pumpkin Patch.

Our sweet boy was excited about the fun!

The first stop of the day was a family picture.  Fortunately, they had a tent for a picture-perfect opportunity.

The Pumpkin Farm had a petting zoo.  Mom and Bennett feed the cow.

Oliver was happy to touch it.  That was the most he was interested in doing.

One of Oliver's favorite games was playing the Duck Races.

Pumping the water to move the duck.

Daddy cheers on.

Bennett plays in the grass while Oliver and Daddy play in the background.

"Talking on the phone."

The highlight of the day for Mom was the Hayride.

It was a beautiful day for a ride around the farm.

Oliver watches the big tractor go.

Bennett sits in Daddy's lap and enjoys the ride.

As soon as the ride stopped, Bennett wanted to stand up.

Then he caught a glimpse of the kiddie train.

He was too little for it (you had to be 3 or older) but he enjoyed watching it ride by.

Our little farmer looked right at home in the hay.  (Too bad it was old, moldy hay and we were anxious for him to get out of it!  Mold isn't good for CF lungs!)

After the Hayride, we were hungry and ready to eat.  Oliver and Bennett play on the picnic table waiting for a lunch of hamburgers and hot dogs.

We all had lots of fun!  We can't wait until next year!!!
